Account details (name, email), the content you create in Patona (companies, documents, tasks, websites), usage analytics, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
3. How we use it
To operate the product, personalize your workspace, generate AI outputs on your behalf, prevent abuse, and improve Patona. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI and third-party processors
Prompts and content you submit may be sent to model providers to generate responses. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by removing your account from the dashboard or emailing us.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
