1. Who we are
This service is operated by Patona AI, LLC (the "Seller", "we", "our"), a Florida limited liability company, trading as Patona AI, with its principal office at 540 Oriole Avenue, Miami Springs, FL 33166, USA. 2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email), the content you create in Patona AI (companies, documents, tasks, websites), usage analytics, device and log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps), and order metadata provided by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers — those are collected and processed directly by Paddle.
With your consent to visit counting, referral links record a link-specific hash of your network address and the visit time to prevent repeat counts. We do not store the raw network address in referral records or share visitor identities with the referrer. Eight qualifying visits grant one extra company slot, once per account. Visitors sharing a network may count as one. Referral records are removed when the referring account is deleted.
3. How we use it
To operate the product, authenticate you, personalize your workspace, generate AI outputs on your behalf, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and improve Patona AI. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable law (such as the UK/EU GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract with you to provide the service you signed up for; our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving Patona AI; your consent where we ask for it (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing emails); and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests).
5. AI and third-party processors
Prompts and content you submit may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. These providers act as processors on our behalf under their own security terms.
6. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com(Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Patona AI orders. Paddle collects your billing details, processes payments, handles invoicing and tax, and manages refunds and customer service inquiries related to your purchase. Paddle acts as an independent controller of the personal data it collects at checkout under its own privacy notice.
7. Data sharing
We share personal data with: hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics and error-monitoring providers; AI model providers acting as processors; Paddle as Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where required by law.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest for our databases, role-based access controls, row-level security on user data, hardened authentication, and regular review of access and dependencies. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk continuously.
9. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by removing your account from the dashboard or emailing us. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
10. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage required to run the service — keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie choice, saving your workspace state, and letting Paddle run checkout.
