A first-week test
For office coffee delivery, the first question is not how big the coffee market is. It is whether a few nearby office managers want a different delivery option and will pay for it.
- Write down who buys, what they buy now and what you think is missing.
- Talk to five people in that group. Ask about past behavior, not whether they like your idea.
- Request supplier quotes and calculate the cost of one order.
- Offer a small, clearly described pilot. Track real orders, cancellations and delivery costs.
- Keep, change or stop the offer based on what happened—not compliments.

Questions
- Can AI prove demand?
- No. AI can suggest research questions and draft a plan. Actual customer behavior is stronger evidence than a generated market estimate.
- What can I try free?
- Patona's guest preview drafts a mission, market overview and supplier suggestions without an account. Check the facts before making decisions.
