By using Patona AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You must be legally allowed to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Patona for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes on someone else's rights. Don't try to break, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
4. Your content
You own the content you create with Patona. You give us a limited license to store and process it so we can run the service for you.
5. Payments
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything Patona produces before you rely on it, publish it, or use it commercially.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimer
Patona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
