Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Patona AI, LLC (the "Seller", "we", "our"), a Florida limited liability company with its principal office at 540 Oriole Avenue, Miami Springs, FL 33166, USA, trading as Patona AI. By using the Patona AI service (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Patona AI. The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. If you use Patona AI on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Patona AI for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights. Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, or otherwise abuse the platform, and don't use it to distribute malware or spam.
4. Your content
You own the content you create with Patona AI. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely so we can operate the Service for you.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Patona AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. All other rights are reserved.
6. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Patona AI orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to your purchase and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until canceled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard or via paddle.net. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
7. AI outputs
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything Patona AI produces before you rely on it, publish it, or use it commercially, and for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you submit.
8. Service level
We work to keep Patona AI available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Patona AI produces research, documents, scores and code generated by artificial intelligence. It is general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice — review everything and consult a qualified professional before acting on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patona AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
